1: Use HP USB Disk Format Tool (XP in Virtual Box works great)
2: Make sure you have downloaded Win98 boot files
3: Point to Win98 boot files during USB creation
4: Copy SpinRite.exe to the newly formatted USB drive (can be in OSX)
5: Reboot PC with new USB drive, @ prompt, type SPINRITE to launch SpinRite!
