sudo apt install gloobus-preview unoconv gnumeric gloobus-sushi

nautilus -q

1.0 Add repo & update apt db
2.0 install:
2.1 gloobus-preview :: main package
2.2 unoconv gnumeric :: conversion assistants
2.3 gloobus-sushi :: integration helper tool for file manager
3.0 restart file manager (nautilus)

Select the file, press for the preview.
